The Burger
Inspired by those served at the original Island Vista, Grandma Katie’s famous burger joint at the ferry landing on Orcas Island,
our flavorful char-broiled burgers are made from locally raised, grass-fed Hastings Natural Beef. 
We add fresh local produce (when in season), Rumiano or Rogue Creamery cheese, and fresh locally baked buns.

1/3 lb Burger

Grass-fed beef, char-broiled to your preference, handmade bun, topped with house aioli (made with red onion and sweet pickle relish) crisp green leaf lettuce and a healthy slice of tomato.
Really hungry?  Make it a double for $3.50 more.
Substitute Chicken Breast, Chicken Strip, grilled Portabella Mushroom, or Garden Burger.

Our Turkey is roasted with fresh Herbs and served on a fresh baked Rosemary roll with Cranberry Mustard, Cream Cheese, Cranberry Sauce, Lettuce, Red Onions, and Cucumbers.

Our Pork is slowly cooked to a mouth watering perfection, splashed with a little Mamma Ross’s BBQ sauce, topped with a fresh Shabu-Shabu Cole Slaw, light mayo and squeezed between one of our handmade buns.
Vista Club $10.99
Our Turkey is roasted with fresh Herbs and served on sliced Sourdough with a Sun Dried Tomato Aioli, Fresh Basil, Lettuce, Tomato, and Bacon.
Our BLT is served on lightly toasted Sourdough Bread.
